6. RESUELVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.- DECLARAR improcedente la solicitud de amparo constitucional frente a los derechos fundamentales a la vida, igualdad, trabajo, dignidad humana, a la familia y debido proceso, invocados por ORESTE RAFAEL NU\u00d1EZ PERALTA contra la MINISTERIO DE EDUCACI\u00d3N NACIONAL, COMISI\u00d3N NACIONAL DEL SERVICIO CIVIL \u201cCNSC\u201d, SECRETAR\u00cdA DE EDUCACI\u00d3N DEPARTAMENTAL DE ARAUCA, la UNIVERSIDAD LIBRE, entre otros vinculados.<\/p>\n

2.- ORDENAR a los representantes legales y\/o directores generales, de:
– La COMISI\u00d3N NACIONAL DEL SERVICIO DEL SERVICIO CIVIL \u201cCNSC\u201d, SECRETAR\u00cdA DE EDUCACI\u00d3N DEPARTAMENTAL DE ARAUCA, y la UNIVERSIDAD LIBRE, que, por su intermedio, NOTIFIQUEN en el t\u00e9rmino de la distancia y\/o PUBLIQUEN por el medio m\u00e1s expedito, ya sea en los correos electr\u00f3nicos y\/o en las p\u00e1ginas web institucionales de tales entidades, con destino a que las PERSONAS NATURALES, INSCRITAS, PARTICIPANTES E INTERESADOS en los PROCESOS DE SELECCI\u00d3N N\u00b0 2150 a 2237 de 2021, 2316 y 2406 de 2022 \u2013 (DIRECTIVOS DOCENTES Y DOCENTES) – CONCURSO DE M\u00c9RITOS DE DIRECTIVOS DOCENTES Y DOCENTES A NIVEL NACIONAL (POBLACI\u00d3N MAYORITARIA Y ZONAS RURALES AFECTADAS POR EL CONFLICTO) \u2013 CARGO: DOCENTE DE AULA \u2013 \u00c1REA TECNOLOG\u00cdA E INFORM\u00c1TICA \u2013 C\u00d3DIGO 9001 \u2013 GRADO 3 AM \u2013 asignado al I.E. CONCENTRACI\u00d3N DE DESARROLLO RURAL \u2013 SEDE PRINCIPAL CONCENTRACI\u00d3N DE DESARROLLO RURAL DE SARAVENA \u2013 ARAUCA \u2013 DE LA SECRETAR\u00cdA DE EDUCACI\u00d3N \u2013 SISTEMA ESPECIAL DE CARRERA DOCENTE DE LA PLANTA DE PERSONAL DEL DEPARTAMENTO DE ARAUCA; conozcan del contenido de la presente sentencia-
– Cumplido lo ordenado anteriormente, los representantes legales y\/o directores generales de la COMISI\u00d3N NACIONAL DEL SERVICIO DEL SERVICIO CIVIL \u201cCNSC\u201d, SECRETAR\u00cdA DE EDUCACI\u00d3N DEPARTAMENTAL DE ARAUCA, y la UNIVERSIDAD LIBRE, DEBER\u00c1N aportar en el t\u00e9rmino de la distancia y con destino al presente despacho, las constancias respectivas de su publicaci\u00f3n y notificaci\u00f3n, para aportarlas al expediente de tutela.<\/p>\n

3.- Por Secretar\u00eda, NOTIFICAR a las partes por el medio m\u00e1s eficaz.<\/p>\n
