La jornada cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de 82 asistentes de diferentes secretar\u00edas, donde se abordaron temas clave como:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"> Factores de riesgo comunes<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"> Superficies de trabajo: pisos resbalosos o desiguales, obst\u00e1culos, desorden y deficiencias en la iluminaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"> Uso inadecuado del calzado<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"> Condiciones ambientales: presencia de agua, grasa, polvo u otros elementos<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"> Identificaci\u00f3n de peligros y t\u00e9cnicas de observaci\u00f3n del entorno laboral<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"> Evaluaci\u00f3n de condiciones inseguras<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"> Participaci\u00f3n activa del trabajador en la gesti\u00f3n del riesgo<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"> Medidas preventivas y uso correcto de los elementos de protecci\u00f3n personal (EPP), como el calzado antideslizante<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; sticky_enabled=\u00bb0&#8243;]<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De igual forma, el 27 de junio de 2025, se llev\u00f3 a cabo la capacitaci\u00f3n te\u00f3rico-pr\u00e1ctica sobre higiene postural para fomentar h\u00e1bitos saludables relacionados con la postura corporal, mejorar la salud f\u00edsica, el bienestar general y el rendimiento laboral de los participantes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">La jornada cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de 41 personas, con quienes se abordaron tem\u00e1ticas fundamentales como:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"> Higiene postural<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"> Ergonom\u00eda en el trabajo<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"> Pausas activas y ejercicios de estiramiento<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">El empe\u00f1o y respaldo del gobernador Renson Mart\u00ednez y de la secretaria General Neida Parada, es promover de manera permanente estas iniciativas por el bienestar de los empleados, pero tambi\u00e9n recuerdan que la participaci\u00f3n en este tipo de espacios es indispensable como parte de la responsabilidad compartida en la construcci\u00f3n de un entorno laboral seguro y saludable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit;
